Sachin Pilot is a Congress Working Committee member and one of the party's most prominent young leaders. Son of the late Union Minister Rajesh Pilot, he served as Rajasthan Deputy CM under Ashok Gehlot from 2018–2020 before leading a dramatic but ultimately unsuccessful rebellion. A former Union Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and IT under Manmohan Singh and a former Rajasthan Congress president, he remains a front-runner for Rajasthan CM in the next election.
